1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using zca-cli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the software.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use zca-cli Pro on a single device.

  • The license is bound to your device via the Device Support Code
  • The license is for personal or internal business use only
  • The license cannot be shared, sold, or transferred

3. Payment Terms

Payment is processed as a one-time transaction via VietQR bank transfer.

  • Prices are displayed in USD but payment is processed in VND
  • Exchange rates are calculated at the time of order creation
  • License key is delivered via email after payment verification

4. No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Due to the digital nature of this product and instant license delivery, all purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once payment is confirmed.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment
  • License keys cannot be revoked or transferred once issued
  • You acknowledge this policy before completing your purchase

5. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the software for illegal activities, spam, or harassment
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass the device-binding mechanism
  • Share your license key with others

6. Disclaimer

zca-cli is an unofficial, third-party tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Zalo or VNG Corporation.

  • Using automation tools may violate Zalo's Terms of Service and could result in account suspension or permanent ban
  • The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • No guarantee is made regarding continued API compatibility or functionality
  • You use this software at your own risk
  • This software uses zca-js, an open-source library licensed under the MIT License

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price (1,499,000 VNĐ)
  • We are not liable for any account suspension or bans by Zalo
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • No refund will be provided for termination due to violation
  • You must cease all use of the software

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via email to registered users.
